Pre-Orders and Back-Orders purchases will be charged to your Card/payPal immediatly upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This covers the non refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returnes.
